In terms of achievements: Honestly devs...
... your game is not good enough (nor replayable) to be played 500 times. Just wanted to notice.

Seriously I know achievements are an absolutely secondary stuff from games but there's no doubt they're there and there's SOMEONE thinking them and applying them. Thanks to indie games a lot of people remembered that achievements should actually be achievements, while most triple A titles keep on putting pointless "beat the tutorial" or "play the game 50h" stuff.

If any dev is reading this, I'll already assume that he/she has many common sense. By the same time you've put very cool time trial achievements, you've also put senseless farm-based ones. I mean come on, 100,000 miles traveled? 10,000 cubes collected? 500 times played? Those achievements almost have a sticker in them that says "PLEASE HACK ME".

And as I said, although I know achievements are a secondary thing people can't deny that for a lot of gamers they're cool to collect, at least to prove our skill or reasons like that. In my mind, most achievements should be based on SKILLS, not TIME SPENT. That's why I truly enjoyed time trial achievements but the farm thing is so exaggerated that it definately makes no logic and kills the fun.

I don't expect them to be changed or deleted, I mean "who the hell cares about achievements", I know. But I'm annoyed every time I see them badly-put when the rest of a game is very cool (because yes, despite my first statement, I loved this game and I enjoyed it a lot). Please devs from the future, if you really put your soul into a game, many hours of your lives creating it, don't SCREW it when fastly putting the achievements because it makes no sense to me.

Despite this keep the good work guys.

Hi there!

I just published 3 guides to help people get the last 3 tedious achievements:
Maybe this will help you... :)

Cheers!

Savefiles used and worked properly. 5 stars for all of them.
I don't like using SAM nor cheatengine but using savefiles for ONLY farming purposes (see how many people got Platinum God from Isaac by simply taking savefiles) is just ok for me. I like completing games but I don't wanna uselessly and misserably WASTE my time.

Thanks man, I can finally forget about this! :golden:

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad it worked as advertised. :)

Yeah, that game has some big dumb achievements (some of them are funny though).
The dumbest achievements I've seen are the ones from Garry's Mod, or Universe Sandbox.

Garrys mods arent that bad. they make sense. However the mega upload one is pretty dumb but possible
Krauvando Feb 20, 2015 @ 2:28pm
When all achievements are farmed-based you know they haven't been put with common sense. They've totally forget what makes achievements achievements lol

Hey, could you please link the savegames again if you still have them? they got deleted...
Ditto, would greatly appreciate the help.
