This version is not region locked. The same as when you buy in North America you get a NA version, but you can play everywhere.
Hitman indeed have restriction, but Tomb Raider is fine.
Besides, as there is no warning about restriction in the store page, I am sure that if in the future Square-enix decide to to restrcition in this games too, Steam support will change your version, as you bought before anything happened.
As previous experience: steam support can help you to change the copy if you can prove that you don't live in the region.
Years ago a friend gifted me a DE (German) version of a game, it was indeed a gift, not a trade. I contacted support before activating because I didn't want a censored game in my account. After 2 days they replied and changed the copy to a ROW.
Of course they won't do that with RU versions... we all know why...
pd: I was searching and looks like they give you a guest pass of Lara Croft GOL if you purchase the game in asia. Only different thing so far (no idea if this happends with the other versions)
