Next to the Mountain Temple treasure map...

Next to the Mountain Temple treasure map there is one of those sacks I could burn to get salvageable loot from. But I can't figure out how to get there with a lit torch. The falling water would extinguish the torches I would carry. Missing that piece of salvage is not necessarily a concern for me, but it got me curious to know what is the solution to getting there with a lit up torch. Does anyone know?

Some of the places you get into can't actually be resolved until you get some of the additional equipment that you find later on (like one of the hidden temples that requires the climbing axe...) You can fast travel back to previous areas to get items you missed, gather more salvage and gain access to areas you couldn't before.

No, it's actually close to the campfire, behind a waterfall.
