99% bug

I played through the game unlocked every challenge, found every gps cache document and so on, when i flip through the areas in fast travel menue every area is 100 percent complete. Unfortunately the savegame stuck at 99 percent. I think the bug is the inconceivable! achievement, i didnt get it after completing all challenges. Any suggestions ?

yes that means the cliffside bunker.

Did you get the "inconviebable!" and the "no stone left unturned" achievement? if so the bug may be with the campfires

As stated there is no fast travel to there only a day camp so it won't show up when you look at all your fast travel caps which will say 100%. Thanks for the Synavix. I got everything completed 100% (cliffside bunker too) got all the journals and all the additional staff but saved game is still 98%.
Actually now there are two 98% saved games on my computer. I've finished the TR twice with 98. Any suggestions?

Actually achievement does not count a bit to completion percentage, only in-game collectibles/challenge counts.

And as an hint, yes, I do believe he's missing a challenge...tbms..

i know that steam achievements don't affect ingameprogress, but if you didn't get the "Inconceivable!" achievement there is CLEARLY a bug/problem with the challenges. I think most people are missing the cliffside bunker challenge but i have heard of some bugs according the "minesweeper" challenge.

I'm on 98% too. I'll check Cliffside again to see if I've done it...

I spent over 3 hours looking in that area for the flag, finally gave up (thinking it was a bug) and looked it up on youtube. I was kind of pissed off to be honest.

Not only was it the same color as the crane/tower, but was too far away for it to glow, too far to see with my resolution without zooming in with the bow. Also, it was night time.
I really don't think I would have ever found it.

I am at 98 % and I got the achievements as well. Even Cliffside Bunker, all upgrades, all challenges, all Documents, Relicts, Tombs, etc. Please anyone tell me what I am missing D:

just forget about it. its kinda some lag. Have the same problem with 98% but achivments says I got 100% C:
