Anyone too stuck at 99 % ?

I raided every tomb collected every secret like GPS ,mines etc. but still havent 100 %.
Anyone has a solution ?

I am at 98% and did everything, not really sure what to do about it except wait for a patch and hope it fixes itself.

Yes I did that, 100% on Challenges, Relics, Weapon Upgrades, Skill Upgrades, GPS Caches, Tombs etc.

There is one area called Cliffside Bunker which is next to the Beach, it has no fast travel so you need to go there manually but I did that as well. Perhaps OP is missing something there?

Yup sounds like Cliffside Bunker flags to me, that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ last one ^^

I also did everything i could find.I found every camp,document,relic,GPS,treasure map.
Also every challenge :ghost Hunter,Pyromaniac,Illumination,egg poacher,non believer ,silencer ,laid to rest,fire starter,red cap,cairn raider,mine sweeper,sunkiller.
Even raided the 7 optional tombs.
Upgraded all my weapons/tools to 100 %.Own all three skilltrees entirely.
So yeah i dont know why i still dont have 100 %.
Edit: I even got the achivment :No Stone Left Unturned but not the Inconceivable what i dont understand.I did all challenges.Or did i missed one ?

Its not a bug thats for sure. My girlfriend an me got 100%. I bet its Cliffside bunker too, i got my last % there either.

Show us a screenshot of each level's map so we can compare and see what you might be missing.

I have 99% too, there are 3(supposed) camps on the Summit Forest map and I only discovered 2. I think the third is bugged or something. It is probably the camp in the optional tomb.

There is a day camp in every tomb so yeah, maybe go there and you'll be at 100% :)

I went there and and used it, its complition is just bugged I think.

Yes i had the same problem with one camp in an optional tomb.I used it then 3-4 times and then i pressed Shift to look on my map and voila 4/4 or 3/3 (dont remember corretly) camps.

I now finally got the 100 %.For those who are stuck too and have the same problem go to the location Cliffside Bunker and burn the last flags from the previous Inhabitants.
I missed one and in the location Cliffside Bunker was no Fast Travel camp so i never saw there was just 94 % complete.
And also a tip from me soon as you finished the mainstory look in the achievments to see what you still have to do.This things like :Kill 35 guys with your pistol/shotgun whatever are not !! necessary for the 100 %.
