Stuck at 98% ?

Hey, I've done everything I can think of but it says I've only done 98%. I've uploaded some screenshots from my game, maybe someone can tell me what I've been missing? Thanks.

I got to 99% and all items collected. I then discovered a document that I had already collected was still on a table. This at a point where shortly after I died. Guess it could be a bug that shows all documents (or items) had been collected but because of death remained unrecorded. So got to 100% YEA!

Had a little look, and yeah couldn't find anything different from my 100% save.
Was wondering if there was a relic collected but not fully examined, or a bugged single camp map zone not showing 100%
Would be harsh if chatterbox counted, but maybe it's that thing the guy above had.

For anyone checking this still, if you finished the game with all things 100% but didnt get the total to add up, try reading the journal entry for Lara that you get at the end of the game. And if that didn't do it make sure you also read the GPS cache note. You have to actually view these items to count towards your total. If that didn't do it, and you are still 100% across the board except in total, then it's bugged and you have to report it.

I know I'm super late to this discussion, but I'm facing this same issue, I've played this game 2 times from my brothers console, and now when i bought it for myself on PC and finished it for the 3rd time, I'm STUCK ON 98%. I've collected everything, even from that cliffside bunker, EVERYTHING, can anyone help ?

I am stuck as well, everything 100%, maps, cliffside bunker, weapons... i don't know what to do

check GPS cache note ok
check in game map 1 by 1 ok
Only thing left uncheck is that i did not clear all and passed the point of not return camp.
I cleared miss item after game completion

One thing to bear in mind:

After finishing the game, you need to continue from the numbered save slot, not the "last campsite save" slot. Even on a 100% game, the last campsite save is only 98% because you don't get Lara's final journal entry until you finish the game. Actually, the last campsite save might not have all of the relics, as the last relic is just past the point-of-no-return campsite.

When you press Tab for the map screen, there's an option in the top-right corner to cycle through various categories; Ensure that you have 100% on documents and relics. There isn't a category for GPS caches, but you only get the second "GPS Secrets" document when you get 100% for GPS caches.

Sidenote: it plays the "found secret" chime from the original PS1 Tomb Raider series when you get the last one. If you get them all in order, the last one is in the mountaintop research base, just before the dead samurai general. There aren't any GPS caches in the chasm shrine.

I think one reason that some get stuck at 98% , is that the Cliffside Bunder is not done 100% . The area is the most tricky one , because it's got no camp to fast travel too and is often forgotten after a first completion . Make sure you go back there and pick up everything .

You also need ALL the other things in the game at 100% : upgrades, collectables , skills , etc , ALL of it .

I also finished at 98%, but the missing things for me was the zone called Syria. When you are on the world map it is represented by a rectangular shape. Once I finished those collectibles I landed at 100%
