I tried this QTE so many times. Changed all settings and difficulty. The only solution was for me to turn the game to 60 Hz. I played on 144 Hz all the time and the ring on the second time pressing F never showed up. Finally, it did show up correctly!
That did it. Dropped it from 144 Hz to 60 Hz
What I needed to do was pull the graphics quality up to Ultimate for the rest of the "E" and "F" events to show up.
Hopes this helps someone when they find this.
Anyways turning Vsync off fixed it for me
Cheers to anyone else that gets stuck.
I hope to God that's the only game-breaking QTE in here...
there's a couple spots that are buggy, but nothing that will completely shutdown your playthrough like the damn wolf.
I tried many ways, only this makes sense, and many of my friends worked by trying my way of doing this.
For me it was because of my monitors refresh rate, fixed by turning vsync off. Before that i attempted it about 30 times, with vsync off i did it first try.
