How will my system run it?
Would like to be able to run at med-high details at a high resolution 1920x1080, seeing if anyone else has a similar setup for some feedback

i5 3570k
8 gigs ddr3
gtx 260

TR will probably run at between 20-35FPS at 1080p at mixed medium/high settings, maybe a little less or more. I don't know how much TR depends on the CPU and GPU, so I can't be exact, but TR will run much better (probably between 30-40FPS) at 1280 x 720 (720p.) TressFX and tessellation require a DX11 graphics card. The GTX 260 is a DX10 graphics card, so you won't be able to enable those two options. I don't know about other options, and if they require DX11 or not, but I know for sure that TressFX and tessellation require a DX11 card.
