I found the solution, search "bitsnoop: Tomb_Raider_STEAM_RiP-GameWorks2" in google.. Take the file you need, then copy it into the Tomb Raider directory.

Why not try validating your cache files before downloading iffy torrents...

Hey, I got it figured out. Honestly I just uninstalled and reinstalled it like 3 times.

I guess bitsnoop was shutdown. Anyway, here is the link. https://www.mmnt.net/ then search Tomb_Raider_STEAM_RiP-GameWorks2 . Same as before.
