Missing camp in Geothermal Caverns

I finished this great game yesterday at 99%. The only missing thing is a camp in the geothermal caverns, which does not appear on the map even though I've discovered it! Too bad that this bug prevents me from having the 100% completion! Searching on internet showed me that I'm not the only one with this problem. Did anybody had the problem here and fixed it, or can it be only fixed by game developpers?

Well, if you cannot fast-travel to the Caverns there is not much you can do about it.

If you can fast travel to it, try this:

"I've been told if you go back to the blood pool area, and then return to the camp, it should discover correctly!"

Hi I am stuck as well, but dont know what you mean by the "blood pool area" can you mark on the map the area please?

Wow, what a blast from the past, almost 10 years have passed since I played this great game. :-)

Unfortunately, the link to the Eidos forum has not survived for so long.
If I remember correctly, the "blood pool area" is the very first area in the Geothermal Caverns, where you drop down after a fight and emerge from this blood pool.

Here is a link to a walkthrough of this area with a map, the blood pool should be the "Start" location.
