Cliffside bunker document cutscene glitch

On my way back from getting the tools from Alex at the Endurance, the hole was already there in the ground before dragging down the heavy stone. I did not get a cutscene here where Lara finds a wartime intelligence document under some leafes on the table and so i am uncapable of getting this document.

Am i the only one who the cutscene here didn't play for?!

I just completed the game and have the exact same problem. Either I missed the cutscene when I returned to the bunker or it didn't save the document, but whatever the reason I can't go back and get it so I'm stuck at 99%.

i never got the fire-fight at the 1st tomb in shanty town (playing on hard) the rest of the game was the same no problem, however there was another time when my bow would not upgrade passed compound.

I have exactly the same problem. I found someone mentioned this in official forum. (http://forums.eidosgames.com/showthread.php?t=134766) Square Enix Custom Support replied to the thread but nothing has been done to fix the bug. Nice job Eidos!
