What does ROW Tomb Raider mean?
What does ROW do? or change? help me pls.

It stands for "Rest of the World", it means that the given copy isn't region locked.

ROW=Rest Of The World. I don't know if it changes anything...

As mentioned, it is an abbreviation of "Rest of World". That means the particular ROW copy can be redeemed and played in any area of the world. A gift/game that is not ROW will have restrictions and can only be used in your library in certain countries.

Rest of world. Something that isn't classed as ROW will have locks on certain content, such as if you're in Germany or Australia and there's a sewn-in anti gore patch. Or a game which is simply blocked to your region for sale.
