Rivatuner Statics Server Technology doesn't work with Tomb Raider, Shogun 2 etc.

MSI Afterburner uses RSST for their OSD track. I am pretty sure one of the older versions was working well with Tomb Raider. New one doesn't work.

Exactly something i forgot to add, i remember i was using a different Version, and i was able to have the options, yet i updated the Rivatuner SST and well, after that, no OSD at all, shame :(

Afterburner stats works for me in game. It should work for all 32 bit games and tomb raider is a 32 bit app.

Works for me just fine. Doesn't matter if game is x32 or x64, it should work with every single game. In this moment afterburner's osd is not working only with mantle api which currently is implemented and widely available only in bf4. Other situation where afterburner's osd may not work is conflict with some overlays: xfire, steam, origin, uplay.... but it is rare.

I'm using afterburner 3.0 beta 18, it is available to download at guru3d.com website.

And what Rivatuner SS version are you using? im using the same beta 18 and doesnt show in TR and Metro 2033 for example

Riva tuner statistics server is in version provided with installer of afterburner.

Tomb raider and metro 2033 are the only games which doesn't show osd? Do you have other games which show afterburner's osd?

What is your gpu, windows and version of gpu driver?

Go to nvidia contro panel (if nvidia geforce gpu) or catalyst control center (if amd/ati radeon gpu) and set everything to default.

It shows in pretty much all games i own, Steam ones and others, except in Metro 2033 and TR, this is not a recent thing btw, so, GPU? HD 7850, gpu driver: 14.1, Windows 7 SP1

So that's very weird. Probably some software conflicts with osd and it requires some deeper look into it. In theory everything should be fine at you the same as it is at me.

If you already tried setting things to default you may also try verifying game cache in steam, if this will not help try reinstalling gpu driver.

I got something, if i select the dx9 mode on Metro, after restarting it, the OSD is there on the screen, yet on dx10 and 11 it doesnt work, and if im not wrong, TR uses dx10 and 11, i think all the other games i have are dx9 as well, thats why i have no issues on them.

Yes, mine doesn't work with Shogun 2, Metro 2033, TR Reboot. I tried Dx9 mode in Metro2033 and it works.

Guys, i think you should post your problem on guru3d forums and let Unwinder (afterburner developer) know about your problem so he could fix it in next version of program. Here is the link to afterburner section on guru3d forums:
http://forums.guru3d.com/forumdisplay.php?f=55

Have you guys tried other programs with osd? For example fraps, atitray tools, etc. Maybe you have a few of them running at the moment and osds are conflicting each other? Do you have applied any mods for these games?

Personally i'm really out of ideas why osd would do not work with dx10/11 games.

BTW, it works now on TR :), i unistalled the software, along with Rivatuner SS, when doing that i found i had another RSS version installed as well :S, so i deleted both, restart, then a registry clean via CCleaner, then reinstalling the Beta 18 MSI AB and is fixed now :P
