Can't change outfits

I have just recently bought the game and consequently have finished it now just realizing that there are outfits. Howerver, now that I have finished the game i do not seem too get an option to change my outfit. Please help.

You need to buy those extra outfits as DLCs.

You can change your outfits or clothing at a campsite. When you are sitting at the campfire click on gear, where you can upgrade your weapons. Click on the box icon and there you change your outfits.

There are outfits in the game that you can access by buying a few DLC packages/extras. You can access the whole list on Steam by clicking here.

I actually found them all for you and listed them down with their URLs. Don't forget though, these are all Single Player skins.
