Yet there is one limit: a Steam game can only be played via the Steam Client on one system at a time while Steam is in Online Mode.
Steam is purely digital data. No disks of any kind -> no SecuROM
You can install your Steam game as many times as you like. If you got 20 PC's with Steam Client installed you can install your game on all of them BUT(!) you can only play your game on 1(!) of those 20: the one you are currently logged in.
Just don't set "Next gen graphics" on Legend.
Nevertheless if a game uses a 3rd party DRM like SecuROM on Steam it is explizitly(!) noted on a game's shop page since non-Steam rules apply to it's usage. In this case Steam only provides the game files for the installation, nothing else.
