Yes, but I had the same issue, it's something related to game running on super high FPS on modern PCs. I was not able to do QTE no matter what, it will always fail and once I limited game to 30fps it was easy to do.
In fact I actually quit playing the game because it was very speed up, even limiting it to 30fps externally via GPU controls didn't seem to fix the issue, everything in game feels speed up, like cutscenes, animations while in game, QTE, etc.
I really hope someone knows how to fix this issue, because I kinda want to replay all three games, but I am guessing only this game has issue because it's like over 10 years old at this point, last TR came out few years ago, so it shouldn't be an issue.
