hud elements off screen
certain text lines, such as hints or when i complete a tomb or collect an item, appears in a white box in the corner of the screen but it gets cut off by the edge of the screen. any idea how to fix this? ive tried changing aspect ratio and the game resolution but neither works. any help would be appreciated.:LizzyD3:

Downgrading to an earlier Version fixed it for me. Right Click -> Properties -> Betas, then chose "build743.0 - TR Build 1.01.743.0" from the drop down menu. It should then "update" to that version. My safe (created in the most recent version) also worked without a problem after doing that.

Been having the same issue, any kind of solution would be great.

EDIT: Tried reinstalling, still no luck with the change. It definitely is something that needs to be fixed, as quite a bit of important information is no longer visible.

The latest patch does this and completely breaks Steam Overlay. Going onto Achievements in-game causes the game to freeze due to it.

Until I saw this thread, I just assumed it was something about adding a portrait monitor to my setup, which I did sometime in between my first playthrough (before the patch) and now.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

I think it's a problem across all apps, not just Steam. I own it through the Epic Games app and it's doing the exact same thing. I don't know if my fix would be as easy as the Steam version, though. It's definitely not a game-breaking glitch, but it's still pretty annoying.

Anyone here know of the fix for the Epic version? I'd try the Steam fix, but Epic isn't the same as Steam.

rolling back the build worked for me on steam

Had the same issue with Epic version, no fix so far but gonna let it go. Definitely only HUD elements, the picture is showing correctly b/c I cross-checked my cutscene with video of the steam version and they are identical.

At first I thought it was because I have a ultra wide display. but it persisted after I changed to 1920*1080 window mode. Now I know, with help of this post, that I'm not alone.

Epic version has the same issue, along with some more serious graphics bugs (that's why I stop playing that goty version and came back to this regular version on steam)
