Report a translation problem
It sounds like you’ve tried a lot and running out of ideas. I see you have a 6 core CPU. Some games are made to run on fewer cores. You could try run the game on only 4 cores. Or on 2 cores. Keep in mind this will have performance impact.
Instructions:
1. Quit the Tomb Raider game.
2. Open Task Manager, right click on Steam and choose Set Affinity, then deselect some cores and click OK.
3. Try to launch the game and see if it plays.

Idk why last version crash
I had the same issue, everything went well for like 75 minutes, but then I started to get crashes every 5 minutes.
Build743.0 works great for me!
Running with Windows 11.
