Alternatively:
1. Press ESC.
2. Goto graphics options.
3. Change refresh rate or screen resolution.
4. Apply.
5. Press "No" to go back to previous setting.
6. Press ESC two times to go back to the game.
However, there is an update:
I was able to test it Today and it works. Thanks. It is much faster way to fix this problem.
Exact steps:
1. Press ESC.
2. Select "Exit Match".
3. "Are You sure You want to quit the match?". Answer "No".
4. Press ESC.
It turns out "Yes/No" prompt fixes this problem. One appears when changing graphics settings.
The weird old times I never head this issue, also not everytime i encounter with this.
