No Stone Left Unturned achievement

I have 100% completion, but it didn't unlock the achievement.

I have googled and searched the Discussions tab, but they always mentioned about Cliffside Bunker, which for me, is also 100%.

Any ideas why or how I could unlock it?

Did you have all areas at %100 before the final fight?
Did the game display the 'Congratulations , you finished the game with %100 completion?

I'm just guessing but maybe all areas need to be complete before the final fight.

according to the Steam stats only 7.9% got this achievement, which seems strange to me.

Hey mate, I had all areas with 100% before the final fight, but I don't remember the "Congratulations" screen you mentioned.
I will try loading my 99% complete game finish it again. The only thing missing in that save is Lata's last journal entry, so I'm hoping to unlock "No stone left unturned" this time.

Yeah...there is one 'collectible' at the campsite(no fast travel) after the 'point of no return' one.
looking at the map it should say %100 for that area...
The 'Congratulations' screen came up right after the end closing cutscene with the ship sailing away and Lara's closing dialouge...it showed right before the credits started rolling...
when the credits started I bypassed them.
It also says something about 'you can continue your game now and go back and finish any collectibles and challenges'....which brings us back to the shipwreck campsite.

just to add info....I played on 'easy' mode...don't know if that had anything to do with it tho'.

the last model art popped up on screen sometime after the last campsite, the achievement I had to exit and looked at my Steam list.
That's where I took the screen capture.

I also played on easy mode as this was the second time playing the game(first was on PS4 and there I got the "No stone left unturned" achievement.

I maxed out the weapons after finishing the game and got the achievement for that when I did.
As for the skills, I maxed out before the last fight.

perhaps you didn't get Lara's last journal entry. You have to watch the whole ending cut scene apparently.

I just finished the game twice, first getting everything apart from Lara's last journal entry and one leaving some documents in the last area, finishing the game and going back to complete the last area and I didn't get the achievement.

I have no idea why it isn't popping up for you.
Try exiting the game and Steam, restart your PC and reload Steam and the game.
It seems to me to have something to do with registering with Steam, I don't believe it's the game itself, but you could run the verify the game files thru Steam just to check if something is missing or corrupted.
I'm really at a loss...'specially when you got the other achievements to pop.

Was FINALLY able to get the achievement. After reloading the save from the last camp and finishing the game 3 times, I decided to load an even older game with 80 percent, finished the game and picked up everything after beating the game. Decided to leave a GPS as the last thing on purpose and it worked.

In conclusion, I have no idea why it didn't work before, but at least I had this save file :)

Great that you had an older save and it worked; I guess the prior save game was corrupted; never hurts to make many save games for insurance these days.
