Why are my frame rates locked at 30fps? *resolved*

Unless i disable v-sync, but i'd rather have it enabled without the lock. I'm pretty sure i didn't have this problem when i last played the game in 2018 with an gtx 1060 (now using a gtx 1660 ti).

Just disable v-sync it always locks your fps, on some games it will lock you on 30fps,on some on 60fps its just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage, you can even google why you should disable it

I figured out what it was, i hadnt realised that the MSAA options are super sampling and the x4 seems to lock frames to 30fps when v-synced. Setting AA back to FXAA made the frame run normally with v-sync at 60fps.
