bug? Tomb Raider Chamber of Judgment

I threw some of the canisters at the top of the plateau to which I should climb, so I reloaded and now they are all gone.

Any ideas?

Reloaded an older checkpoint but I still have on canister at the stone plateau over the buddha statue.

edit: gladly 3 canisters were still enough
