Help on Cairn Raiders Challenge

Forgive me if I sound a bit stupid, but I can't climb the rock wall by the very first cairn on Shipwreck Beach. Tried positioning the buoys in the pool for an hour but can't seem to hook onto the wall. Thanks.

There are two buoys here but you only need the first one, just push it (F) over and directly under the climbing wall then hop onto the rocky outcrop to the right from where you should be able to jump to the bouy then up and around the jagged rock wall, good luck
