King of Chinatown help.

Hi guys, i'm currently playing the King of Chinatown mission and am struggling somewhat. I saw in a gameplay video that you could dress up as his drug dealer and get access to poison drugs or a sniper file. My issue is I just cant seem to get him to place the call to his dealer and so Snowman doesnt turn up. In countless vids i've seen him call the dealer up. I'm stood looking at him and exploring the rest of the map in an attempt to force some action and still nothing.

Is there something I need to do? Cheers guys!

He should call the dealer within a minute or two of you arriving at the center of Chinatown. Either you're not being patient, or you have a legitimate bug. Just stand around and watch the King for a little while. There's also SEVERAL other ways (seriously this guy is diversely killable) to take him out, so just be flexible. That's the mark of a true hitman!

Oh i'm more than capable of being diverse, i've got explosives, poisoned his meal, scouted for things to drop on him...the works. I'm not an impatient player, I just expected him to have called for some drugs by now! I'll exercise some more patience and see what comes of it. Cheers!

Gotcha. Yeah, as I said before, once you reach the pagoda, he berates his corrupt cops, and then once he's done, he places the call to the dealer shortly after.

You can trigger this by standing near the King of China Town untill he mentions something about " not paying you guys to sit on your asses" then wait till he places the call, he will say " Ive got a sweet tooth and I'm all out of candy" Another way is you can trespass briefly if you dont care about the points and that will trigger the call after they shoo you away.

I heard him have a go at his cops, perhaps I just missed a bit of dialogue after. Cheers guys, perhaps I am being impatient afterall.

Stabbed all the cops and the King.

I feel like it should have been more difficult. :|

Yeah, I ended up just blowing the car and somehow getting Silent Assassin rating, go figure.

I have the same problem. King doesn't call to the dealer in hours.
Played it on the xbox 360 - everything was fine, king made a call in 2 minutes

You don't have to wait for the call. Go up, take care of the dealer, take his clothes, go to the market and get fugu fish poison, poison the drugs in the apartment and go to the King and he will follow you upstairs and to his death :D

The events are triggered by proximity not time, just walk near him and it will trigger the phonecall, then stay near him to trigger the dealer coming over. If you just look from a distance nothing will happen.
