Hitman: Absolution Failed to initialize steam

Ok, so when I first downloaded Hitman, I had this problem. It worked again for a while afterwards, but now it is stuck on this again. Could anyone help fix this?

I had this same problem but it is a simple fix.

Close steam
Right click on the steam icon
Go to properties
Go to the compatibility tab
Click "Run this program as an administrator"
Click "apply"
Click "ok"
Launch steam
Launch Hitman and enjoy

It should start with no failed to initialize steam error
