By the way, if you knew how to read you would noticed this little - I mean VERY small part that is 100% easy to miss that also cannot be found below the game here on Steam.

I don't care for my 25€ that I lost, but just saying for the 10% who don't care about having a jackie stylish windows 7/8, and care about playing well.

Now is a great time to upgrade. I got myself a Win8 coming from WinXP myself. I was afraid my computer would go slower and losing the option to run older games but it was actually not so. Games that uses DX10 and DX11 are well in my mid-range computer. DX9 games runs flawlessly as well. If you live in the USA, I'd take advantage of getting a copy of Win8 for $50 now before they up the price to normal. Oh, don't worry about metro in Win8, just install classicshell and you can make it look like WinXP or Win7 again.
