Maybe you didn't notice, but there's been 3 games since then and the franchise is ended and there won't be more for at least another 10+ years.
Only if you don't actually like Hitman.
It's an OK action corridor game, it's a terrible Hitman game.
No. It has a proper gameplay and story, compared to H1/H2/H3; who have random missions with no story.
There's a complete story to those. Did you skip the campaigns and only play from destinations? There was nothing random about it.
The prologue serves as an intro to the entire franchise, taking place prior to the other games. Then there's a summary showing the other games took place before dropping you into current day. From there the main 3 campaigns literally have movie cut scenes between each mission that explain how it all connects from one to the next. Book ended with a final showdown in Romania taking down the main enemy along with multiple organizations. Then summarized with 47 and Diana starting something new in the outro.
There's hours of connected story between them and nothing was random.
You either didn't play the games at all or you didn't even start the campaigns correctly and skipped to the extra content sections.
EDIT: looking at your achievements it looks like all you did was play the prologue, you have none of the campaigns for 1 and 2 done and you don't even own 3. Your opinion appears to be based on knowing nothing about those games at all.
Lol, you hi AF. I have the complete Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 xD so I dont know wtf you are even talking about lol. 43h on H1 and 87 on H2 and over 200 on Absolution.
You didn't complete 1 or 2 and you don't own 3. And the fact you think they had no story shows you didn't even play the campaigns.
I never said you didn't own 1 or 2. But it's clear you didn't finish them, there's even missions you never completed and none of the mastery done, which means you missed most of the content in the game.
The fact you misread what I said is very telling, and goes hand in hand with your inability to find the campaigns that you claim don't exist.
If that were true, you wouldn't claim it didn't have a story, it's all connected as one trilogy. None of the missions were random in the campaign.
And it's very obvious you did very little else in the game from your achievements not completed.
Simply looking at your profile combined with your claims that there's no connected story, when there is; just shows a complete lack from your side. You don't know what you're missing and you can't comprehend that you missed anything at all. And you'd rather toss around insults and fight over it than realize that. I think we're done here, you don't know enough about what you're talking about to engage further.
1 and 2 were both completed in 2019. You need to learn how to read.
The volume you missed based on your achievements alone shows you don't know what you're talking about or even realize how much you missed.
The claim it has no story means you missed or didn't understand the campaign, let alone anything else.
You glazed a small fraction of the game and pretended it had no story before discarding it. And you never played 3 to even be aware there's an ending, which doesn't matter since you don't seem to remember how it all connected anyway.
There's really no point in responding to you further, you've devolved into insults, you keep posting and deleting your comments and you obviously can't comprehend or understand how much you missed.
Didnt miss anything. Random mission, who dont follow anything; unlike Absolution.
None of it was random. You seem to have misunderstood what little you played.
You just dont it. H1 and H2 doesnt follow a story line, like absolution. The games make no sense. You go after the girl, Dexter etc in Absolution. Birdie etc. Nothing like Absolution.
You not understanding it, doesn't mean none of it makes sense.
H1 and H2 follow a very specific storyline, along with H3 and it all 100% ties together. You're one of the few people who failed to understand it. That's a you problem, not the games.
