Unobtainable achievements

Is that true or marked incorrect? It`s just requires a friend with the game, so shouldn`t be a big deal, right?

No achievements are unobtainable as long as you have Steam Achievement Manager.

The whole contract mode is completely unavailable since it relies on servers that were shut down.
