Why is this game BAD?
I've heard many hitman fans saying that this is THE worst game of the series. Why so?

Nah, worst is the first one.

Compare to the original Trilogy & Blood money, Absolution failed to exceed the predecessors in many ways.

Although the World of Assassination trilogy took a lot from this game and improved from it, I guess it wasn't all that bad

As a Hitman game yes disappointing but as a stealth action game a solid 8/10 for me.

All of the other Hitman titles are pretty much completely sandbox. They drop you in a level with little to no instruction, and you have to use traps, ingenuity, and timing to kill your targets. There is a huge focus on player agency, and you can handle the level pretty much however you want. On the other hand, Hitman Absolution is a linear story game. All of the maps work in stages, there are very few clever ways to kill your targets (on missions that don't force you to do it in a specific way) and in a few cases, the target is killed in a cutscene. I really like Absolution, I don't think it's bad. But I don't think it's a good Hitman game.

Also the main drawback of Absolution is weak disguise system. The disguise system is tied with the "Instinct" feature.

You need Instinct to use a disguise in full effect. In higher difficulties Instinct won't regenerate.

When you runout of Instinct, any disguise is useless.
