DLCs gone?

Why are all the DLCs delisted? I bought them back in the day and even have them extra as steam gifts, thats why I remember them. Are they gone? Are they included if you buy the game now?

There are no DLC for story mode, they only existed for contracts mode which has been disabled for the last four years since the GDPR laws in Europe required privacy settings changes for all servers in the world and SE wasn't willing to pay the costs involved with updating the old servers to comply with the new laws.
