Option to play as a female character.

I wanted to know if there was any mods that allow you to play this game as a female assassin. Particularly one thats is very sexy. After all. If I am going to star at a behind most of the time I play it may as well be a pretty one. I am not sure if this game supports mods of any kind, but thought it would be a good idea to ask.

Play metal gear solid 5 phantom pain. Play for a bit and let a bunch of soldiers recruit themselves into your motherbase. Then use the staff menu or something like that to assign any one of them as a playable character. Then you can switch to that character instead of the MC before starting a mission. Once switched, it'll stay that way until you change it again yourself(story cutscenes will still use the default MC though).

only visual change, you can probably choose a female NPC skin to use

Disappointing.
