Why can't i play Hitman Absolution Contracts?

i finished the game and i want to play the contracts but it's always offline,it got discontinued or somethin?

Yea square enix decided to let em go but square still owns the servers for the game and decided not to update them because the developer that made the game is no longer under their thumb. Ah well still plenty of challenges and story to play.

Damn. it's been almost 3 years and nothing. I think we can say this mode is definitly dead.

That's not fair, what about new players? They could buy the game for the contracts mode too...

Never say never. Batman Arkham Origins online is playable again after 5 years of death and Stubbs the Zombie was re-released after almost 10 years of death. 2021 seems to be the year of rebirths

Contracts Mode is unplayable absolutly or only sharing ur contracts with other people? Can i just make them for me? Or play as sandbox?

Why give us online achievements to obtain if you're going to take the servers down? I know it may not be financially viable but they should then either stop making online achievements or give us those achievements when the server are shut down.

You can play and create community made contracts, just go to the guides section of this game and see the guide named "self hosted contracts" theres a discord where people post their contracts and help you get the achievements too
