It's possible to sneak at a greater speed realisticly, but in terms of this, what is even the gameplay purpose of it? That's what I'm wondering. If it makes noise, what is the use of crouch-sprinting?
Everytime I tried to leave my room whilst in the same house as my father at night time, if I made the slightest sound he would hear it and tell me to go back to bed. It was required for me to go prone on the floor and slowly crawl by in order for him to not be woken.
In my personal real life experience, I am able to do the kind of silent crouch-sprint that is possible in Hitman 2016, at say.... 3/4ths the speed of 47. Still fast though, and it works as long as I'm not wearing pants any rub against each other or make noise. So as long as I have the right pants, I know how to step silently and quickly and my feet arn't a problem.
But I'm not arguing if it's possible IRL, as much as why they would even let us sprint while crouching, if there is no purpose since it's no longer sneaky, you might as well just sprint.
Also, don't forget about visibility. Sneaking isn't just about staying quiet, but also about keeping low profile.
If it was up to me, I would make it even noisier, because it's unrealistic AF, the speed he can run around almost without any noise.
Makes a lot of noise when I do it. Everyone seems to notice lol. Makes it useless in my opinion.
