How to switch to axe in sticks and stones
How do I switch to the axe in sticks and stones. I can only use the crossbow and the ballistic knife. Not sure what to do. Am I missing something here.

It's whatever button you use to throw lethal grenades. (Frags, bouncing betties, C4...)
