Black Ops 2 will not launch - FIXED READ INSIDE

EDIT: so apparently if i have teamspeak open it will not launch. However, if its closed then its fine! wierd...

Hi guys,
Since a few days ago black ops will not launch on my computer. Basically whenever i click play regardless from steam window or taskbar thingy, it will just constantly come up with the window saying launching game. I have tried reinstalling the game and verifying cache and that thing that it says on steam support page (about directx and such).
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix?

I updated fine. The updating isnt the issue. My problem is that i cant actually launch the game. The launching game window comes up and then goes away... few seconds later it comes up and dissappears... rinse and repeat until i click cancel or until it decides to stop itself

ermm idk what I did.... just came back to my computer and tried launching and it worked! Will let you know if it stuffs up again!

the virus scanner delete the binkw32.dll. download from
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?binkw32 (download the Zip file not the Fixer)
copy dll in floder c:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\call of duty black ops 2 and it run

man thank you so much Baal_DCF! my game was working just fine yesterday, i close, and then a few minutes later tried to play zombies, not working. then i tried campaign, also not working. so then i try to re open multiplayer, which is what i was JUST playing, and that didnt work either! i dont know why it deleted itself, especially since i've had the game since launch and have had no problems til now, but your solution of downloading that binkw32 cleared it right up. thank you so much!
