Can I download the Multiplayer alone and be able to play MP

For the next few days I have limited bandwidth and can really only download a small amount, the multiplayer download is only 1.4gb and that I can deal with, what I need to know is 'will I be able to play some Black Ops 2 multiplayer without downloading the 11gb main game?'. Does anyone or Has anyone tried this, or know anything about this.

I have tried running Multiplayer without installing Single Player, for me, it said Dependency Required, and did not run until I installed Single Player completely.

What the? I'm able to play MP with only MP installed. The trick is you cannot start the SP download beforehand, otherwise if you started it you'll have to download the whole thing.

Yes alpha i realise that, if you were actually able to read I mentioned bandwidth issues for the next few days, so i was asking to find out if I'd be able to avoid doing the 11gb for the time being and pass the few days playing the MP.

How is it possible that some people only need to have Multiplayer installed and others also the the singleplayer?? I see no logic, I bought it together with a mate and we live near eachother and he only needed MP but I also need SP to play MP

I was able to play MP with MP only downloaded but yesterday it started telling me i need to download SP for it wtf
