I like how they give less XP in S&D now, in BO1 S&D was just an easy way to level up incredibly fast.
If the game length was increased I don't think there would be any need to have increased points. But as it is now, compared to other game types, you earn far less points overall per game.
This is largerly due to the very short games which are the first to 4 rounds and the nature of the game mode itself which is 1 life a round.
I can understand not wanting longer than 4 rounds as some players (not me) might get bored easily with longer games. But I do believe they need to change it so teams switch sides every 2 rounds instead of 3 and increase the points for kills and objectives slightly to balance it out with the other game modes.
