So, if you want ADS to stay on as long as you have the button held down, you need to make sure you bind ADS to the one that ONLY says "ADS". If you want it to be a click to turn on, click to turn off sort of thing, then you need to bind "Toggle ADS" option.
I am binding to "Toggle ADS"but weapon zoom drops out as if I was using simply ADS.
Also, it might be worth checking out your Mouse Options through the windows control panel. See if there's anything weird like one click to double click turned on or anything like that. Maybe try messing with your double click speed. And, it's a bit of a long shot, but if you have a mouse that lets you set macros, make sure that you aren't unknowingly using a weird macro (I had a sidewinder mouse for a while that could record macros and I didn't know about it, I thought my PC was possessed).
