Need an Easy Way to get 4 more Bloodthirsty medals with ONLY Combat Knife

I have been trying this for the last 4 hours and i got 1, mind you that im not pro. but i NEED the camo.

Just only use the combat knife, if you've unlocked that much already the bloodthirsty ones should be easy by now although there is an element of luck too.

Soft mode TDM would be the easiest place to get them.

okay? well all of the other stuff took a long while, im not good at all, i usually get 1 kill then die, repeat.
my lucky 1 that i actually got was on Yemen. i need to know good perks and stuff, i recently prestieged so im like lv 27 or something

i guess, i just hate how this is soo hard, i really want that gold, but i guess i gotta work for it

the easiest way to get them is to get your knife out and go on a rampage.

as ive said multiple times, im really bad at the game, so that doesent really work for me.

Just play more and improve your skills then you will get the camo sooner or later.

better go on small maps,the best is of course Nuketown,i didn't even finish the basic challenges for the knife and i got 6 bloosthirsty medals.you just into their spawn and use the house to your advantage and keep running.the only way you could get killed in the house is if you stop.never stop and always watch the radar.i would recommend unlocking ghost permanant and the perk combo i use is this: light weight,ghost,cold blooded,tactical mask and extreme conditioning(marathon).of course you have to wait to lvl 55 for ghost but if you still got your token unlock it and give it a go.and if you have a slot for some equipment use either flash nades or shock charges.good luck,soldier

Yeah, only use a knife and spend all points in perks. Mix and match what works for you. But marathon and lightweight is a must.

Camp the stairwells on the express map, it's a great place to knife ppl. Stick to small enclosures, avoid long lines of sight.

ill give you some adivce on how i earned my gold default knife it was the first gold camo i earned and theirs really a trick to it what i did was equiped a max of 6 perks i belive i used the perk to see enime mines to avoid them extreme contion or dexterty witch ever is ur fancy.i put light weight with the one less killstreak perk cant rember the last 2 i used but basicly pick 6 perks ones that make you faster on foot and gaurd u from running into a camp trap and use just a kinfe only camp around for a kill and when things get hot move and equip uav. and vsat and play soft mode.

that trick i used actully got me up to a max of 3 blood thirstys in one game on highjacked in core free for all and i came in second my buddy i was playing with came in 1st only using a knife also
