Today I reinstall the game and now it works perfectly , maybe during the game's downloading I paused too much makes the files corrupted. Now it's working . Thanks for all of you for helping me out.

Another solution by alifleih: Thanks to him:
This is the fix for the "Unhandled Exception Caught" problem.
Go to your Steam folder.
Click on "steamapps"
Click on "common"
Click on "Call of Duty Black Ops II"
Click on the folder "players"

Locate the files with "hardware"

If you have the error with campaign, delete the file "hardware.chp"
If you have the error with multiplayer, delete the file "hardware_mp.chp"
If you have the error with zombies, delete the file "hardware_zm.chp"

MAKE A BACKUP OF THE FILE JUST IN CASE IT DOESN'T WORK!

I'm curious. I see a lot of these posts and most seem to be players from overseas (not North America). Do they get updates at different times? Or maybe the translations are causing issues?

Well then they'll have to fix this soon. There're still lots of player NOT from NA . I'm from Vietnam btw , just bought the game Yesterday and I keep having this error , this is so boring , I googling this problem the whole days but still no result . GOD DANG IT!
SPAWN 5 ENE 2013 a las 5:44
I hope they do fix it for you. But I think developers from NA don't always plan for what occurs when players from another country play thier game. Most games have English, Spanish, French, German and sometimes Russian as the only options.

I coming from Germany^^

We're not alone . Let's just hope someone will respond and there will be a patch fix this. It's very annoying. Everytime when I join a game and loading a map , I pray , its sounds weird but I did , I pray everytime when it's loading or joining. Bump UP . P.S: This game load slower than COD MW3 isnt it? It took me like 2 minutes to load the map and then show the error ...
