changing language? (I've had enough of this Black Ops 2 bullsh*t now!)

I ran black ops 2's multiplayer today. It updated to the latest update, I played the game and guess what? It's in f*cking Polish. (Seriously this is starting to get so f*cking frustrating) When I first downloaded Black Ops 2, the only language I could run the game in without getting a consolefont 702 something error was in Polish. This was easily resolved by having to download the missing 2,47GB English files from some other random website because they weren't INCLUDED in the game's very own f*cking download! (Btw, I'm not Polish, I'm Swedish so I still don't understand Polish) This was obviously not a problem after I had spent those 6 hours looking for a way to fix this. Now I'm not sure how I'm going to fix it anymore because THE F*CKING "LANGUAGE" TAB IN BLACK OPS 2 MULTIPLAYER IN STEAM IS MISSING!!!!!
Looks like I'm not getting the diamond camo I was just a few kills away from.

I AM Russian. And I DO hate russian voiceover. We also have no subtitles at all. What are we punished for??? Because of poor protection we MUST(???) play in Russian??? Region restrictions for us to play with and now even game language. WTF? I don't want to play it any more.

same here. can see the funny in it though, bought bo1 and it took 2 weeks before they fixed it for pc, so i could even play. Then i bought another game "cant remember the name though", took 1 week before i could even start it, atleast it was cheap. after that I swore never to buy a game from these pc haters again, but you know how it is when you got nothing to do and need a new game:P And here i am again lol, well I have learned my lesson this time.

And btw champ dont say its because its a cheaper code, they still make money on selling them. If i bought a sweater on sale and there was no holes for my arms and head i would expect my money back not just an " we´ll get around to it later on, after all you bought it on sale right?"

Atleast i heard that EU is in progress of stopping this "you have no rights if you buy digital nonsence".

Heres a fix for all you folks with this f!!!!!!!!!!!cking annoying issue.

I found at solution. Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II\sound
And change all the files with .polish. or .russian. to .english. instead, theres a lot of files to change... but it works.

Just got mine working after a few hours of trying alot of things...

And ofcourse have the english language pack under "zone" and change the localization files to english in the top of the document.

As you were told in the other thread the language you have is all your getting its not "broke" buy the game again with the required language you want.

Modifying the files as per the other topic will lead to a ban as you will have modified the games content which the VAC system picks up on.

I actually wouldn't mind if I had a cheaper polish version but this is what you guys get for buying a cheaper CD Key I made that mistake once and it is simply not worth it , if you want to buy it cheaper you should always look on newegg they do deals a lot,recently they had bo2 for 29.99$ free shipping no tax.
