How to disable DLC from BO2?

Reason for me wanting to do this is simple.. you can hardly join any game, how can i disable all my dlc =/ this is so annoying why did i buy it OMG =/

I'm basically stuck searching for a game. I miss playing nuketown, after getting the DLC revolution and uprising, i cannot join nuketown at all. Don't know if you guys have noticed but with the DLC there is hardly anyone playing.

What to do?

Maybe change the search prefs on the bottom raise your ping a little bit. I usually have to set mine between 100-130 to find a game quick enough. I know before maybe it was on MW3 but there was an option to exclude dlc maps, i don't see it on blops2.

Quite possibly too tight ping restrictions. The matchmaking system first puts you in a pool made of DLC owners, but in case that fails, you are reverted to the "common populace" pool. So it's strange that you can't ifnd a game.

yeah i know what you mean. since i got the dlc i only get into lobbies with people with atleast a ping of 150. thats makes it almost unplayeble somethimes

Only in Modern Warfare 3 you can disable your DLC maps. But if you download your DLC and you trasfer it to one of yuor USB's. When you play Black Ops 2 and you want to play multiplayer with the DLC maps you need to put the USB in your ps3 of xbox. Otherwise you need to pull out the USB. Only one problem. I think on pc it is not possible

Strange - maybe settings rather than a fault within the game - neither myself in the UK or my friends in Germany and Greece have this issue.

i do find games i never have to wait long before i get in a lobby. but they put me thogeter with people from siberia or argentinia

Hello friends! I have not the same problem - i can play without any problems - but as i understand i play in the pool of DLC players - and as i see - there are rather low players there, and i want to play like before with everybody elase who has no DLC!!! Is it possible to join only normal pool with no DLC? i'm a PC user with DLC Vengeance. Thank you.

try search preferences and adjust ping a little maybe that might be too low

Steam / Settings / Account / Beta Participation "Change to Steam Beta Update" / Restart Steam "it will download the new beta version of steam" / Start Steam / Login / Go to your Library and pic up the game from wich one you wana disable dlc's / Right Click it and select properties / DLC Tab / Woul'a .

Un-tic the dlc's you like to disable!

Notce: When you disable the DLC , it will be deleted from your Harddrive , when you select it back , you have to redownload it , and this option is for now only available on the Steam Beta.

Result: For me working all well like the normal Steam , no bug's or something like that !

Tip: Make a backup of your DLC's from the Zone Folder of COD BO2 Root.

BO2 + Dlc folder 9GB
The game screen would be nice if the DLC add-off feature
