"Black Ops 2: server is not available at this time"

I Had this problem before and I knew how to fix it by leaving my pc and the game for an hour until the patch number change.
Yesterday I got the problem again tried my way to fix it didnt work. Verify, and uninstalling didnt work. Contacted steam they said verify and be sure to have updated drivers. I did what they said but still the problem occur. I knew yesterday there was a maintenance for servers of Steam so I thought today it will be gone still problem occur.

Seen many posts about this problem for PC, Xbox, and PS3.

If anyone have any solution please say it.

Got the problem fixed by changing to steam beta.

Saudi but before I was easily connecting to others. I have this problem too on mw3 but BO1 works.
