How do I get on the good side of lag compensation?

I am sick of having to pray for a lagless lobby every single game. I'm sick of watching some diamond-camo ♥♥♥♥♥♥bag go 40-0, killing me over and over without me even being able to react. I'm sick of this guy thinking he is god's gift to call of duty, when really he just gets to kill me before I can even see him.

So tell me. I want to abuse lag compensation, since according to Treyarch its "working as intended". What do I need? Horrible internet service? Should I switch to wireless? Load up a bunch of torrents in the background? Move to a secluded town, population: 500? I just want a fair ♥♥♥♥ing shot at killing somebody.

Listen to "Nayan Cat 10 hours" song on youtube, your ping will incrase and you will lag as that "ultra uber pro" guy.

Okay... to the one or two people saying i'm "looking for cheats" or trying to "hack"... what do you not understand about my post? You're either on the good side of lag comp, or the bad side. Currently I'm on the bad side. No, these aren't wallhackers or aimbotters. Its lag compensation. I want to be on the good side of it, because being on the bad side is not a good thing for a player like me. I want to do well in certain video games, and I just can't. I can't shoot a guy when he is being assisted by lag compensation, he simply gets to shoot me before I can see him. Treyarch says this is okay (technically they don't, as they won't even admit this is happening. They claim their lag comp makes everything fair.) Yes, I've tried netlimiter and unless I'm not doing something properly it doesn't do anything noticable. At this point some people probably think 'wtf third party program cheater!!'... let me get this into your skull. I'm using a third party program to get a level playing field. Players are already getting the 'benefits' of third party programs courtesy of treyarch. Understand? I'm just trying to COMPETE with what Treyarch GAVE them. I'm not looking for aimbots or wallhacks or any of that garbage.

What I want is for myself and my opponent to see each other at relatively the same time. The guy who wins is the one with the best aim/reaction time/tactics. NOT the guy who gets the best lag compensation and therefore gets more time to shoot/react.

There's always one person that completey dominates the game. And there's no simple formula. Because he can have a higher ping or a lower ping than me. It seems totally random. There's no way it's based on ping. There has to be another criteria which determines who get the advantage and who doesn't

Abusing lag compensation is just knowing how hitboxes work. peeking/sprinting around a corner is almost always the best option, next to dropshotting/bunnyhopping. Just do some research on hitboxes and you will see why.

I've seen some odd things since I opened my ports (NAT: Open). Guys shooting me around corners etc. I never had this problem when my NAT was Moderate.
Maybe a coincidence, I have to check that.

I have 140 down and 30-40 up, still do good so doubt that helps if you dont know how to play....

From my experience, this is true. Every now and then I get a game where I kill enemies almost instantly (two hitmarker "clicks"), yet they somehow can't hit me. This is the opposite of the usual where I'm shooting directly at people (I can see my crosshair on them) and it doesn't even hit them, yet they have enough time with all the bullets around them to turn at me and two-hit me...
Sometimes my ping is lower than theirs, sometimes it's higer. Doesn't depend on ping.
Ridiculous. BO1 has it better.

i have 10down and .768 up and i never benefit from lag comp, im always a second behind even if they have double the ping i do
