UNABLE TO LAUNCH - MISE A JOUR DE L'EXECTUABLE / executable's update

I've recently re installed black ops 2 multiplayer, and i get this error, i've gone thru many subjects such as verifying game cache, rebooting etc.
Has anyone a fix?
I also have the latest graphic driver, and used to run it perfectly and simply

I just found the solution!

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops II.
Delete the folder "players".
Open the game on steam, and when it says "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" select "No."

It works for me! i didn't even had the question about the app making changes to the devices.... I don't know how u found this fix but it worked, it's quite simple but awesome

Delete the Players folder in the Black Ops 2 folder, Set compatibility of the t6mp.exe to windows 7, maybe you have to restart your PC after that it should work, install directx if asked

You need to go to the local data of Black Ops 2, right-click the T6MP or T6ZM, go to properties, compatibility, activate Run as Administrator, and save it, then start spamming the T6MP or T6ZM.
