You can disable mouse acceleration (aka "enhance pointer precision") if you open Control Panel ► Mouse ► click on the pointer options tab and uncheck "Enhance pointer precision".

right click on Call Of Duty: Black Ops II Multiplayer in ur steam library, go to propeties, in the general tab, click set launch options and copy and past '-noforcemaccel -noforcemparms' into it, then click OK. Also try making ur screen refreshing rate to 60Hz, some people said a higher refreshing rate can cause mouse and gfx issue.

Then learn to fix your ♥♥♥♥. This is not a problem with the game. Stop blaming others for your own problems. Do some research before complaining.
I have the EXACT same issue you stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥

Didn't blame anyone, and they're the game's issues, a spokesperson from Treyarch even said they HARDCODED Forced Mouseaccel into the game..

Doesn't matter man, this community is toxic. Just don't play the game, someone called me scum for using a MTAR, as they ♥♥♥♥♥-scoped me with ACOG.

Do you have a source for that? I'm very specific when it comes to mouse sensitivity and I'm always aiming for 26 cm / 360° with no acceleration. I test it in every FPS game before I play it and BO2 never gave me any problems.
Find it yourself "Big boy" and if you're so addicted to the game you wouldn't notice the mouse accel it has, if you switch to a different game for a long time and come back you really notice accel. You stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥. PS I'm not your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slave, find the source yourself
