Xbox to PC

Hello
I've been playing Black ops 2 on PC For a Year, but now i migrated on PC.
I had the Season Pass, Hardened Edition, Some Camos and bought the game a second time because my first disc got broken and support said i need to send it and get a new one in 6 Week.

Now i'd like to know if it is possible to get BO2 on Steam with Season pass, not my progress because i don't care of that, but the game... 150 bucks thrown away... Please, i beg you, i can send everything, Pictures of the packages and xbox screenshots, Model serial number,..

What are you on about exactly? Are saying transfer Xbox to PC? If so, that's not possible.

It isn't possible to get the PC Version if i send them the disc ? I Hate treyarch now.
150 bucks thrown in a game for ♥♥♥♥

They did that with Ghost no ? (ps3 to ps4 for example)

Yes, PS3 --> PS4. Not Xbox 360 --> PC.

Impossible, as each game is just the license for the software on a particular platform. At best, you can trade in your X360 copy and, with that money, purchase a CD key from an authorized reseller during a sale, $20 or so.
