It's 100% dedicated server for ranked matches on BO2.
Hybrid system is on Ghost and Advanced Warfare..

They are dedicated servers for Ranked, not sure for how much longer though,
Multiplayer custom games are p2p the one who creates the game is always hosting.
Zombies public matches are p2p, the game chooses best (mostly worst) host automatically.
Zombies solo is local hosting.
You need to know what is P2P Hybrid Server. It will always shows you the Server IP, what behind the IP address are hidden from you.
This makes you think is a Dedicated Server but in the real world network, everything is hidden from you.
It is useless trying to convince you.
