Please speak in layman's terms. I understand computers, just don't do many of the things y'all do to play in multiplayer and such. I play solo. I don't use overclock software or any crazy stuff like that. Just want to have fun blowing stuff up.
did you also verify integrity of game files on steam? what you've written actually reminded me of that, rather than what's shown in the video. if you already did that method but still couldn't resolve the problem, then the only other thing I can suggest is maybe closing certain background applications which may be conflicting with black ops 2. it's reported that in-game monitoring software such as MSI Afterburner, NZXT CAM, Nvidia Shadowplay etc. may cause this error for some players.
