Why can't I save my emblem?? Has anybody been experiencing with this similar issue, and if so please help😖😣

These past few days I cannot for life of me seem to know how to fix this saving error issue that I've been having to deal with on the emblem creator. Has anybody out there been having a similar issue with this too? If so has anyone been able to figure out how to fix this? I'm in desperate need of help, and had spent over two hours creating this emblem and it would be a shame to lose it😢😣

Most of the functions related to Multiplayer are gone, you can't save videos, you can't edit them, some of the recent videos stay and some not in random order and you can't save your emblems. The game is 10 years old and even on Steam is sold as a "single player" game. The game is not supported anymore, the best you can do (and don't expect this to be fixed) is to open a ticket on the support page at Activision, but do you think they support or update a 10 years old game?
